One issue that we see a lot of is clients have a lot of residual delay when dealing with search SPAM. In particular, there is a real problem when bad material is posted but still remains in the search index.
For example, one company had some false information posted about it on Duck Hunting Chat and the website was nice enough to put this under a pass word protect.
Unfortunately, that did not immediately solve the problem since the information was still showing up on search in Google & Bing.
The best way to deal with this is to get the search engines to revisit the material. It used to be that the search engines would respond to a request to remove SPAM like this but we are seeing indication that they are now ignoring those requests.
